workshops
Workshops are held in a confortable nature relaxing place. Where participants con enjoy the surroundings, relax, share and learn in a beautiful setting,
Most of the workshops end up with a cooking demo, so participants can take back home some nutritious recipe to put into practice asap.
Workshops can be tailored for a certain group, or you can jump into one of my lovely monthly workshops.
Workshops are not bigger than 12 participants, this keeps the group intimate and easy to interact.
retreats
Retreats are base on a 3 day nights, 4 days.
I choose a specific location that invite us to enjoy the views, comfortable setting, yummy healthy menu which I prepare previously with the chef, choosing organic and local products.
We exercise every day, meditate, and receive nutritional inspiring talks and handouts, that will recharge completely your soul and spirit, By the time you come back you'll feel new, happy, energize, and ready to incorporate what you have learned.
