Changing what you EATt can lower your cholesterol and improve the composition of the armada of fats floating through your bloodstream.

The best recommendation for everyone to keep cholesterol levels in check, is living a healthful, active lifestyle.
2 - CUT ALL FORMS OF SUGAR.
This includes, white flours, (bread, pasta, cookies, pastries etc). Cereals, dressings, jams and puddings, and most sweeteners. #sugarByA
3 - EAT THE RIGHT FATS
Incorporate, home made ghee, avocado, coconut oil, nuts and seeds, in your diet
4 - MANAGE YOUR STRESS
