ECZEMA 

I could write a novel or a Ph.D on ECZEMA.

I have had, and still got, skin conditions. They are very difficult to get rid off, especially when they are present as an autoimmune disease.

What I could assure is that Eczema has 2 primary causes: 

  1. Leaky Gut.

  2. or Abnormal Gut Flora.

Restoring Gut Flora reduces overall immune activation and many inflammatory disease, including: asthma, eczema, rhinitis, and inflammatory bowl disease.

Here 6 WAYS TO REDUCE ECZEMA:.

1- Elimination diet: GLUTEN & DIARY.

This 2 are the most common and harmful food sensitive. You could also add, sugar, coffe, eggs, and corn if you are looking for optimal results..

2 - Incorporate PROBIOTICS.

I use PRO & PRE-biotics and digestive enzymes to normalize gut flora when I feel out of balance. Please remember always to consult with your doctor!.

3- EXERCISE regularly

Studies shows that exercise reduces inflammation and boosts your immune system.

Yoga, walk, hike, dance, bike, you choose!

4 - ANTI-INFLAMMATORY FOODS

Ive dedicated a hole post about Turmeric and its benefits. 

Omega-3, 6, and 9 fatty acids are the EFAs. They are essential because they are needed for many functions. EFAs cannot be manufactured by our bodies, so they must be obtained from food on a daily basis. EFAs are necessary for proper prostaglandin function, which regulates PAIN and SWELLING, maintains blood pressure, regulates cholesterol, and assists with nerve transmission. .

5 - ACTIVE RELAXATION

Mediation, yoga, breathing techniques, they are all proven to be stress reducers. Stress and inflammation go hand in hand. Make this practice a beautiful habit (read my post about meditation).

6 - SLEEP

Sleep loss increases inflammation. Making eczema and other conditions worse. This is a good reason to get 7/8 hours of good, uninterrupted sleep.
